- Technical & Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, time zone settings, and operating systems used to access our website and client portals.
3. How and Why We Use Your Data
Under the GDPR, we must have a lawful basis for processing your personal data. We process your data for the following purposes:
- Contractual Necessity: To provide our services, process your Setup Fee, deploy your digital architecture, and manage your monthly hosting subscription.

- Legitimate Interests: To prevent fraud, manage chargeback disputes, and ensure the security of our managed hosting infrastructure.
4. Third-Party Data Sharing (Stripe & Infrastructure)
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share data with trusted third parties necessary for delivering our services:
- Payment Processor (Stripe): Financial transactions are handled by Stripe. Your email, billing address, and payment amount are shared with Stripe to process Payment Links and Invoices securely. - Cloud Infrastructure: Your digital assets and minimal administrative data are hosted on secure, GDPR-compliant cloud servers necessary to fulfill our managed hosting obligations.
5. International Data Transfers
ToolUnify is based in Greece. However, some of our service providers (such as Stripe) may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the EEA, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring standard contractual clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission are in place.
6. Data Retention
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Upon cancellation of your hosting subscription (following the required 30-day notice) and settlement of all invoices, you may request the deletion of your account data, barring data we are legally required to keep for tax purposes.
